Tallinn's official services make the first recovery hour straightforward: keep moving, collect the finish drink, use the marathon-only lounge if helpful, reunite precisely, get warm, and postpone ambitious treatment decisions.

Use the official finish flow
After crossing Falgi Road, keep moving through the finish service area. Marathon and relay finishers can enter the Harjumägi Marathon Lounge with the correct bib; do not make companions wait at a place they cannot access.
Take the available drink and food your stomach accepts, put on warm dry clothing, and move to the exact reunion point.
- Do not stop immediately across the line.
- Tell finish medical staff about dizziness, chest pain, confusion, or symptoms that feel wrong.
- Expect the walk back to take longer than the map suggests.
Know the shower options
The participant page lists free bib-entry showers at MyFitness Viru, Rävala, and Postimaja during club hours, plus Tallinn English College Sports Hall on Sunday from 11:30 to 16:00.
A hotel shower is usually simpler. Use the official options when checkout or room access makes them valuable, and verify the current hours before walking there.
- Carry sandals and a small dry kit if using a public facility.
- Do not leave valuables unattended.
- Choose warmth and food before optional spa plans.
Monday recovery is ordinary movement
A gentle flat walk, normal meals, fluids to thirst, and sleep are a better default than aggressive massage, heat, or cold immediately after a hard marathon.
Nunne Boutique Hotel publishes a spa as part of its facilities and can be a convenience for guests, but treatment suitability is personal. Skip spa activity and seek medical advice when symptoms go beyond expected soreness.
- Avoid a steep Old Town staircase challenge.
- Keep compression, massage, sauna, and cold exposure optional.
- Escalate persistent or severe symptoms rather than self-treating them as normal.

The organizer has confirmed the September 11–13, 2026 weekend, Sunday 09:00 marathon, Falgi Road start and finish, Freedom Square race office and expo hours, entry pricing, and participant services. The organizer calls every 2026 route single-lap and fast-profiled, but TripRace did not find a downloadable 2026 GPX or a published elevation total on August 24. The atlas therefore uses clearly labeled reference geography from the organizer's official 2025 course map and description; the final 2026 map and participant instructions always override it.
