Tallinn is an unusually easy marathon trip to share. A non-runner can see the start, build a full morning around Old Town or Telliskivi, and return for the finish without crossing a metropolis.

Give the companion a real Tallinn day
The runner does not need the whole group to spend six hours at a barrier. After the Falgi Road start, companions can use Old Town, Kalamaja, Telliskivi, or a long breakfast as the center of their morning.
Choose one attraction or neighborhood that works without the runner's phone. Confirm opening hours near race week and avoid a plan that depends on crossing the live course repeatedly.
- Save the hotel, reunion point, and emergency contacts offline.
- Use a fixed check-in time rather than constant tracking messages.
- Keep a dry layer and snack for the finish wait.
Saturday belongs to the whole family
The 2026 Saturday program includes the half marathon at 09:00, free Limpa Kids' Races for ages 2–12 at Snelli Stadium from 11:00, the 10K at 14:00, and the youth 5K at 18:30.
Those events can make the weekend feel shared, but the marathoner still needs a low-step day. Split the group instead of making everyone attend every start.
- Kids' race registration is listed through 10:00 Saturday or on site.
- Strollers and pets are not allowed on race courses.
- Set the runner's rest window before the family itinerary grows.
Reunion needs one precise location
The finish returns to Falgi Road, but the runner must continue through the service corridor and may enter the bib-controlled Marathon Lounge at Harjumägi. The visible finish line is not the reunion point.
Pick a named hotel lobby or exact Freedom Square edge. Allow extra time beyond the predicted finish before treating silence as a problem.
- The runner carries the hotel address.
- The companion carries the runner's warm layer when practical.
- Everyone knows the fallback time and place.

The organizer has confirmed the September 11–13, 2026 weekend, Sunday 09:00 marathon, Falgi Road start and finish, Freedom Square race office and expo hours, entry pricing, and participant services. The organizer calls every 2026 route single-lap and fast-profiled, but TripRace did not find a downloadable 2026 GPX or a published elevation total on August 24. The atlas therefore uses clearly labeled reference geography from the organizer's official 2025 course map and description; the final 2026 map and participant instructions always override it.
