The course page says cheering points are on the interactive map, and that the map is the 2026 BMW Berlin Marathon until the 2027 map exists.

Use the start straight and Olivaer Platz, which are named in text, and treat every other corner as unpublished.

    Straße des 17. Juni

    Subway: Unter den Linden, Bundestag, Brandenburg Gate, Potsdamer Platz. S-Bahn: Brandenburg Gate, Hauptbahnhof, Potsdamer Platz.

    Start between the Brandenburg Gate and Kleiner Stern. Public entry to the fenced site is not how you watch the gun.

    Olivaer Platz

    The course page does not name a station for this square.

    Printed after kilometre 33. About mile 20.5. The interactive map on that page is the 2026 edition. Cutoff at kilometre 33 is 15:50.

Meetup: Your bib is a zone A–C ticket from 23 through 26 September. Spectators need their own ticket.

Brandenburg Gate, after 17:15 is too late

The finish is through the gate. The site itself is closed to people without a bib and wristband.

    Finish closes 17:15. After that the page says you cannot run through the gate or cross the line.

Edition status

Race day on the participant page is Sunday 26 September 2027. The start is on Straße des 17. Juni between the Brandenburg Gate and Kleiner Stern. The finish closes at 17:15, and after that you cannot run through the Brandenburg Gate. The course page says the interactive map is the 2026 BMW Berlin Marathon and that elevation is tba. No GPX. The lottery runs through 12 November 2026.
